With a stretch, then yawn, up before dawn,
Ready to seize today, thoughts say stay.
Quietly meditate, a deep breath,
Setting intentions, embracing life’s depth.
Off to coffee, a shower, starting,
Morning’s soft light, like a nova, it feels.
Breakfast awaits, cold oatmeal, the deals,
Into the screen, stare and reflect.
Is this the best one or a giant regret?
